Lemonjello used to love this certain type of ribbon that came from Britt's wedding. Clint tied some of the ribbon to an existing wand toy, and the cats love it. It was Lemonjello's favorite toy, to the extent of us never seeing a cat love a toy more (not counting Oranjello's masturbatory sweater).
But then Oranjello started playing with it more and more and more, until he made it clear that the ribbon was HIS. So now Lemonjello barely ever plays with it. He knows it's not his anymore.
But then we found this cyan ribbon, Clint tied it to a different wand toy, and now Lemonjello has a new favorite toy. His own ribbon-wand.
Of course they still vie for the primary ribbon-wand. Oranjello moves the primary ribbon-wand from floor to floor several times a day. They both meow a lot when they bring it the spiral stairs into our main room.
Lemonjello won't really play fetch much anymore, either (ever since the primary-ribbon-wand ownership dispute).
